Minister

  Laura is a widow, mother of 3 sons and a grandmother. She is known as a tough little lady with a great sense of humor. Her faith in God and her sense of humor has brought her through some very tough times.

 Laura was employed 20 years for the State of Illinois (old Public Aid) and 14 years for American Airlines. She is currently retired.

 In 2013, she became a member of Living Word Christian Center, where Doctor Bill Winston is the Pastor.

 Laura graduated in 2014 from the Chicago Bible Institute (CBI) with a 3 year diploma in Biblical Studies. In 2016, she graduated from LWCC Bible Training Center with a 2 year diploma in Biblical Studies. In 2017 she graduated as salutatorian from LWCC School of Ministry and is a License Minister under Faith Ministries Alliance.

 Laura is also a Certified Professional Life Coach, Domestic Violence Advocate, Abuser Intervention Facilitator and Medical Advocate for YWCA Sexual Assault Division.

 She has compassion for those who are hurting and have lost their hope.

 Laura and her son Terrance founded LIFT (Live In Faith Today Ministries), which is a ministry that through the Word of God, people will be strengthen, their faith will increase and their joy restored
